Using pdf files

To use pdf files, you need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer - it is free and available on Adobe's website..

The easiest way to view a document is to just click on the relevant link.

If you wish to save the document to your PC for permanent reference, click on the disk icon at the top of the document or select ‘Save As’ from the ‘File’ menu. Alternatively, when you see the link for a pdf document, you can right-click on it and then choose "Save as" to download it to your computer.

If you wish to print the report, simply click on the printer icon (also displayed at the top of the document or located in the ‘File’ menu).

Visually impaired people may use Access.Adobe.Com as a tool to read documents in PDF format. It converts PDF files into simple HTML or ASCII text that can then be read by a number of common screen reading programs that synthesize the HTML as audible speech. Please go to http://access.adobe.com for more information.
