PDSO and the Scottish Legal Aid Board have offered traineeships in the last few years to assist the next generation of lawyers to start their careers in a legal aid setting.

We have yet to take a decision on whether to appoint a trainee solicitor during 2010. We anticipate having further information available by May 2010. Any speculative applications for traineeships will be retained for future consideration.
