Can you use the PDSO?
If you are eligible for criminal legal aid, then you can use the PDSO.

PDSO has the skill and experience to deal with your case from start to finish - from the first calling of the case, through trial and to appeal where appropriate. We can always deal with your case directly.
It might be that you need help at a police station. You have the right to have the police inform PDSO that you are there. If a family member has been detained or arrested and kept in a police station call PDSO and we can give you advice about what you can do.
If you have been sent any document telling you that you have to go to court by the police or the Procurator Fiscal, call PDSO and we can advise and represent you.
We can deal with your application for legal aid. Even people in full time employment can be eligible for criminal legal aid-call us to find out if you can get legal aid for your case.
