Our Office is located in Inverness city centre and is situated across the road from the main Post Office. It has no disabled access.
Anyone with mobility issues should alert our office when speaking to a member of staff. Alternative arrangements can be made with prior notice and we will be happy to accommodate this.
PDSO Inverness is accessible by bus, car, train and bike:
Local buses are operated by Stagecoach and services 2, 3, 4, 5, 5A, 8, 107, 107A and 109B stop directly across the street from our office.
Inverness train station is located around 200 metres from our office.
We have no dedicated parking spaces available however there is chargeable on-street parking on certain side streets e.g. Church Street or Union Street. The closest carparks to the office are The Rose Street Multi-Storey Carpark, TK Maxx Carpark and the Eastgate Mall.
There are bike racks located across the road from the office outside the HSPC (Highland Solicitors Property Centre).
When you arrive
All visitors must press our buzzer at the ground floor entrance door. The button for our office is clearly marked. A member of staff will speak over the intercom to greet and assist you. There are six flights of stairs from street level to the office. There are handrails on one side of the stairs.
Please note that we cannot always admit visitors who do not have a pre-arranged appointment.
During your visit
There are no accessible toilets available to visitors and our office does not have a lift.
Assistance dogs are welcome in our office. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to make any special arrangements to help accommodate them. We will have a bowl of water available for them.
Induction loops are available at Reception and in our meeting rooms for visitors. Portable induction loops are also available from Reception on request. Hearing aid users must turn their hearing aid to the "T" position to use the induction loops.
