Office accessibility

Our office is located in the shopping precinct opposite the Wellgate Shopping Centre and is accessed through a doorway between Wilkies and Farmfoods.

The Office is on the second floor of the tenement building and is accessed via two flights of stairs. There is an intercom system to gain access to the office.

People with limited mobility may find this office difficult to access – please contact us and we will arrange an accessible location for a meeting if required.

Information if you are getting to PDSO Dundee by bus, train, car and bike.


There are a number of bus services to nearby streets. You can find out the best route to take here.


Dundee train station is around one mile from the PDSO Office. You can view the route to our office from the station here.


We do not offer any parking facilities at our office. There is however paid parking available in the Wellgate Shopping Centre.


There are bike racks located just outside our office on the shopping precinct.

When you arrive

All visitors must report to Reception when they arrive. There is an intercom system at the office door to gain access to the building.

If a fire alarm sounds (a continuously ringing bell) you must leave the building immediately and gather at the post boxes outside the Wellgate Centre.

There is no lift in our office.

Assistance dogs are welcome in our office. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to make any special arrangements to help accommodate them. We will have a bowl of water available for them.

Induction loops are available at Reception and in our meeting rooms for visitors. Portable induction loops are also available from Reception on request. Hearing aid users must turn their hearing aid to the “T” position to use the induction loops.
