We are currently recruiting for two Administrative Assistants within our PDSO Ayr and PDSO Inverness offices .

Administrative Assistant (Grade 1) – Ayr
Administrative Assistant (Grade 1) –  Inverness
Application deadline: Monday 24 April, midnight

Reporting to the Network and Systems Coordinator, you will undertake office administrative duties and provide an efficient business support service within the PDSO Network.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Using the Case Management System to create and maintain electronic files
  • Maintain paper files and the filing system
  • Processing various case documents including downloading, photocopying and scanning
  • Other general office and administrative tasks within the PDSO network
  • Assist the Network and Systems Coordinator, as directed, by providing network support assistance for other offices.
